Field Service Technician / Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician / Engineer with experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced machine tools and laser systems.

This role supports equipment used in flexible sheet and tube processing, including bending, punching, combined punch/laser operations, 2D and 3D cutting, and laser welding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machine tools and laser systems
• Service a variety of equipment, including:
  • 2D & 3D laser cutting machines
  • Laser welding systems
  • Laser tube cutting machines
  • Punching and bending machines
  • Marking systems
  • Additive manufacturing systems
  • Storage and automation systems
• Ensure equipment operates to high performance and quality standards
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in the field

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with machine tools, laser systems, or similar advanced manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

• 100% travel within North America to support customer sites and possible international

• Occasional overnight stays required

• Valid driver’s license required
