Position Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Experience Required: 3–5 years of mechanical experience, including welding, equipment alignments, troubleshooting, and blueprint/mechanical drawing reading.

Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in handling all types of bearings.
Strong understanding of oil/grease seals, lubricants, and their applications.
Install and align new equipment.
Disassemble and rebuild crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
Possess advanced rigging capabilities.
Install piping systems with proper fittings and connectors.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Maintain and repair plant environmental equipment, including baghouses.
Service and repair various air compressors.
Utilize tools like micrometers and dial indicators effectively.
Certified to weld in all four positions.
Skilled in acetylene cutting and welding.
Perform thickness testing and understand thermography applications.
Familiar with non-destructive testing methods.
Competent in using CMMS to complete work orders and checklists accurately.
Ensure thorough housekeeping and high standards after completing tasks
Skilled in shaft alignments using precision tools, chain/sprocket, and belt/sheave installations.
Requirements:
Must be physically capable of performing assigned tasks and accessing all plant locations, including: Heights up to 120 feet and confined spaces, tunnels, ladders, and stairs.
Ability to work in a lime/mineral environment, which primarily involves outdoor exposure.
Exposure to various working conditions, including: heat and cold, dust, fumes, lime/mineral particles, noise, vibration, and oils.
Capable of performing physical actions, such as: standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, sitting, talking, seeing, and hearing.
Occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, on-call duty, and seven days a week, including holidays.
Open to schedule changes and capable of working 12-hour shifts during extended plant outages.
Must have a reliable telephone and be responsive to call-outs.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products and SAP.
