What You’ll Do:
Develop and grow client base through outside sales, site visits, networking, and jobsite relationship-building.
Work from the Tampa office when not in the field to manage account activity, follow up with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
Hit and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular touchpoints and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of skilled trades staffing sales experience.
Proven success in B2B sales and territory development.
Strong CRM skills and comfort managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and motivated to win.
