Field Service Manager - Pump Repair

DD - Richmond, CA - Full Time

Seeking a Field Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in the Bay Area, CA.
 
  • This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, 401(k), paid holidays, Life and Disability Insurance, and additional supplemental products.
  • Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay: $100k-120k annually based on experience. 

Job Responsibilities for Field Service Manager: 
  • Manage field service personnel for pump repair, maintenance and installation
  • Plan and oversee product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical assistance and on-site support for products and equipment.
  • Ensure products function properly
  • Maximize uptime
Qualifications for Field Service Manager:
  • 5 Plus years of relevant field service management experience
  • Experience managing pump repair team is highly preferred
  • Certified Field Service Manager (CFSM) Certification highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
