Job Title: Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling
Location: Tavares, FL & Surrounding Areas

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity in residential remodeling. This role requires 10+ years of experience in carpentry, finish work, cabinetry, flooring, framing, doors/windows, and tile work. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, the ability to manage crews, and a passion for mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee remodeling projects from start to finish

• Manage and coordinate a team of carpenters and subcontractors

• Perform hands-on carpentry and ensure high-quality craftsmanship

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers

• Maintain a safe and organized worksite while ensuring compliance with building codes

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling

• Expertise in carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, framing, tile work, and finish carpentry

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to read blueprints and manage project timelines

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
