Industrial Pump Mechanic
Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ - Full Time
DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Pump Mechanic to join a growing assembly shop. This is a hands-on role working directly with the Shop Manager, with strong opportunities for advancement. This is a critical role within our operation, ideal for a mechanically inclined individual who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow with a forward-moving company.
💰 Pay Range: $55K - $75K (depending on experience)
🕒 Base hours/Schedule: M - F, 8am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and disassembly of complex industrial pumps
- Testing pumps on in-house test stands
- Assembly of complete pump systems
- Diagnosis and repair of returned equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Maintaining high standards of quality and precision in all work
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience (industrial, machine, automotive, or similar)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on aptitude
- Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes
- Proficiency using hand tools
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:

- Highest level of ideal candidate will specialize in engineering and manufacturing high-performance screw pumps (2, 3, 4, and 5-rotor options) and multiphase pumping systems
- Experience operating shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, band saws, etc.
- Basic electrical knowledge (3-phase motors)
