Construction Superintendent
King of Prussia, PA - Full Time
We are seeking 2 experienced Construction Superintendents for direct hire opportunities with a growing General Contractor located in King of Prussia, PA. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities and ensuring commercial projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

- $120,000-$135,000 (depending on experience) plus Profit Sharing

- Supervise subcontractors and field personnel
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives
- Enforce safety standards and site compliance
- Lead job site meetings and maintain project documentation
- Oversee quality control and project close-out
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction field management experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
