Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee plumbing operations across commercial projects
- Perform and supervise installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of backflow prevention systems
- Support construction projects and new system installations as needed
- Assist with fire system installations, inspections, certifications, and emergency repairs
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing and fire codes
- Act as the licensed authority for plumbing approvals and oversight
- Develop and improve operational processes as the company scales
- Mentor, train, and help build a high-performing technician team
- Communicate directly with clients regarding compliance, system performance, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspection reports, and certifications
- Partner with ownership on growth strategy, staffing, and operational planning
- Active Colorado Master Plumber license (required)
- Strong commercial plumbing experience (required)
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with increasing responsibility
- Knowledge of backflow prevention systems and regulatory compliance
- Leadership mindset with interest in long-term company growth
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Construction and new installation experience
- Backflow certification or willingness to obtain
- Fire Protection System Experience
- Experience in startup or small-business environments
- Desire to grow into a senior leadership or executive role
- Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000
