Seeking an Admin Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in Phoenix, AZ

Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $25-30/H based on experience.
Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:
Responsible for general front desk and admin duties.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
Processing customer phone orders
Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks
Excellent communication skills
Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
Must have experience performing most of the functions.
Prior inside sales/customer service experience
Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required.
