Security Project Manager

Cedar Rapids, IA - Full Time

We are seeking a Security Project Manager for a Global Cloud and Data Centers (GCDC) project in Cedar Rapids, IA. This direct-hire role manages all phases of large-scale data-center and infrastructure projects — from planning and budgeting to installation, QA/QC, and close-out.

Pay: $110k to $150k (depending on experience). Please let us know what you desire

Responsibilities for Security Project Manager:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage complex data-center projects from start to finish.
  • Review drawings, submittals, and technical specs to ensure design compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams on all project phases.
  • Track budgets, procurement, and deliverables to maintain schedule and quality goals.
  • Oversee safety, documentation, commissioning, and final turnover packages.
Qualifications for Security Project Manager:
  • 3+ years of project-management experience (data-center or construction preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project-management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record.
