Position Overview

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman for a national travel position. This individual will lead plumbing crews on large-scale commercial projects across the U.S., ensuring quality installations, safety compliance, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial plumbing installations on active job sites.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to guide project execution.

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and plumbing codes.

• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.

• Mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Manage materials, scheduling, and jobsite documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, layouts, and commercial project sequencing.

• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in the field.

• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with multiple trades.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
