HVAC Service Tech for direct hire-Pay 40/h DOE
RP - Raleigh, NC - Full Time
Seeking HVAC Service Technicians with commercial or industrial service experience for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh, NC
This position offers comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle!
Pay rate is between $30 - $45 per hour (based on experience/Certification)
EPA Universal Certification highly preferred.
Responsibilities for HVAC Service Tech:
- Troubleshoot, repair/replace and service HVAC equipment and controls ranging from 1-60+ tons cooling capacity.
- Replace or repair compressor and condenser units.
- Repair or replace motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating-ventilation fans to control panels and connects control panels to power source.
- Repair leaks, leak test & add Freon gas to build up prescribed operating pressure on all systems.
- Replaces defective breaker controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring to repair installed units, using electrician's hand tools and test equipment.
- Professionally maintain company provided tools and vehicles.
Qualifications for HVAC Service Tech:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- EPA Universal certification is required.
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC Service experience.
