Seeking a Service Coordinator for a direct hire long term opportunity with a top-tier industrial pump installation/repair company in Phoenix, AZ

Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $25-32/H based on experience.
Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
Scheduling air compressors service technicians
Communicate with customers to confirm schedule daily
Ensure all scheduled jobs have PO#/CC#
Ensure all customer info/equip info is accurate and current
Pull parts from warehouse for job and load on staging shelf
Qualifications of the Service Coordinator:
Scheduler experience required
This requires head-on communication, written, telephone, and computer skills
Must have computer experience (2 years required)
CRM experience (1 year preferred)
