Landscaping Crew Leader

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join a growing company.  

Pay Range: $21hr - $25hr

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise a landscaping crew
• Read plans and perform physical tasks like mowing, trimming, planting and apply treatments
• Ensure quality, safety and efficient resource management for projects
• Equipment and tool management
• Quality control
• Client interaction

Experience:

• A strong background in landscaping and groundskeeping is essential, demonstrating knowledge of techniques and practices
• Minimum 3 years' Landscaping experience
• Minimum 1 year Crew Leader experience

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
