Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and supervise pipeline construction projects from start to finish. As a key leader on the construction site, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in construction management, schematics interpretation, and team supervision will drive project success while maintaining compliance with all safety standards and contractual obligations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex pipeline projects and coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities for Pipe Foreman:
Lead and supervise construction crews in the installation and maintenance of pipelines, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications.
Coordinate daily activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute pipeline layouts and installations.
Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all work meets industry standards and project requirements.
Manage safety protocols by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety meetings; ensure all team members are trained in proper safety procedures.
Monitor project budgets and costs using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools; track progress against project schedules.
Conduct inspections using tools like an ohmmeter to test electrical components of pipeline systems; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Requirement /Experience for Pipe Foreman:
Proven management experience supervising construction crews in pipeline or heavy civil projects.
Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction management.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards specific to pipeline construction environments.
Hands-on experience with quality control procedures and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues using tools like an ohmmeter.
