Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager for a growing mechanical construction team. This role will manage commercial HVAC and plumbing installation projects from planning and estimating through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing new construction projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with owners, developers, engineers, contractors, and internal teams

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, equipment procurement, and scope management

• Conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits

• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting

• Submit monthly billing and maintain project cash flow

• Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience with a commercial mechanical contractor

• Commercial HVAC estimating experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple project priorities
