Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong project management experience who is also interested in growing into estimating responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
• Assist with estimating and cost analysis as part of project lifecycle
• Support bid preparation and review project scopes and specifications
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
• Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
