Seeking a Carpenter Foreman for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL

Salary is at $90k -$120k annually depending on experience
Davis Bacon/Prevailing wages pay available for most jobs
Will consider Assistant Superintendents with the relevant experience
Responsibilities for Carpenter Foreman:
- Working lead on construction projects start to finish work
- Commercial ground up and remodel projects
- Knowledgeable about wood, concrete and steel construction.
- Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
- Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
- Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications for Carpenter Foreman:
- 3 plus years of experience running Commercial carpentry projects
- Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent
- Work outdoors/indoors in all weather conditions
