We are seeking an experienced Level II/III Indirect Subcontract Administrator to support subcontract management operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is responsible for administering complex indirect subcontracts and supplier agreements, with a focus on large component procurement, cryogenic tanks, major structures, long-term agreements (LTAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and milestone-based Statements of Work (SOWs).
The ideal candidate will possess strong subcontract administration, contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement experience, with the ability to manage high-value and technically complex subcontract relationships from award through closeout.

Responsibilities Subcontract Administration
Administer the full lifecycle of indirect subcontracts from solicitation and award through closeout.
Develop, issue, and evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Conduct proposal evaluations and cost/price analyses.
Ensure subcontract terms align with company policies and prime contract flow-down requirements.
Large Component & Major Procurement
Manage procurement and subcontract administration for high-value components and assemblies, including cryogenic tanks, large structures, and major fabricated hardware.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Program teams to define technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support long-lead procurement strategies and supply continuity for critical components.
Long-Term Agreements & Master Service Agreements
Negotiate, establish, and administer Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Develop pricing structures, performance metrics, and volume commitments.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and modifications.
Terms & Conditions Management
Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions.
Ensure proper flow-down of contractual, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Partner with Legal and Contracts teams to resolve complex contractual issues.
Milestone-Based Statement of Work Management
Develop and administer milestone-based Statements of Work (SOWs).
Establish deliverables, performance milestones, and payment schedules.
Monitor subcontractor performance and manage milestone acceptance and payment authorization.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strategic supplier and subcontractor relationships.
Resolve issues related to performance, schedule delays, scope changes, and disputes.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure subcontract activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate subcontract files, records, and documentation.
Support audits, reporting requirements, and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
Experience administering complex indirect subcontracts and supplier agreements.
Strong contract negotiation and subcontract management experience.
Experience with large component procurement, fabricated assemblies, or major structures.
Knowledge of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and milestone-based SOWs.
Experience conducting cost and price analyses.
Strong understanding of subcontract terms and conditions, contract flow-downs, and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple high-value procurements and subcontract relationships simultaneously.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
