Pay:
$25–$33/hr (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:
3rd Shift | Sunday Night – Friday Morning
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing plant in Sumter, SC. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and long-term growth potential.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure smooth and safe plant operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in manufacturing or production environments and a solid mechanical/electrical background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and adjustments on production machinery

• Work safely in accordance with OSHA standards and internal protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment issues

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with production and other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role

• Strong background working with production or manufacturing equipment

• Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Welding and fabrication skills a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to work 3rd shift hours (11pm–7am)
