Journeyman Plumber – Direct Hire Opportunity through Superior Skilled Trades
Weston, WI (40-mile service radius)

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with an established plumbing contractor to add an experienced Journeyman Plumber to their growing team. This role focuses on new construction and remodel projects, offering steady, year-round work with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and a supportive, professional work environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Install and service plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects while following all plumbing codes

• Perform residential septic installations (experience preferred but not required)

• Cut, measure, thread, solder, and glue PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping

• Read and interpret blueprints to complete precise and accurate installs

• Lay out and mark locations for pipe runs, fixtures, and penetrations

• Work independently, managing all phases of assigned projects

• Maintain proper truck stock and materials, communicating supply needs to avoid extra trips

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience in construction

• Active WI Journeyman Plumber License

• Strong blueprint reading and execution skills

• Proficiency with all common piping materials and installation methods

• Ability to work without direct supervision and manage full job scope

Compensation

• $41.25 – $45.00 per hour

• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
