Role & Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and pass complete submittals to the Architect
Maintain submittal log
Assist Superintendent with Preparatory Meeting for subcontractor
Assist Superintendent with Request For Information management
Inspect received materials and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and submittal reviews
Schedule and coordinate any required testing
Receive and review color board once finish schedules are finalized
Develop inspection list, schedule inspections as required by local governments and personally accompany the Inspector
Coordinate progress inspections with Owner
Conduct a complete final inspection of each completed structure prior to and with Owner, noting any and all deficiencies
Ensure Owner satisfaction by responding promptly to their complaints and requests
Complete reports and paperwork, such as Timecards, Expense Reports, Safety Meeting Reports, Weekly Progress Photos
