Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
  • Foster relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on skilled trades or similar industries.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruitment and managing diverse hiring demands across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, with a detail-oriented approach to candidate management.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
