We're looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead field crews at water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. This role combines leadership with active maintenance work—perfect for someone who leads by example and understands the technical side.

💡 Have an MEP background? We’re open to training candidates looking to grow into the water/wastewater industry!

🔧 What You'll Do:
• Lead crews on-site for equipment maintenance and repair
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards are met
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers
• Keep accurate records and support preventative maintenance

✅ What You Bring:
• 5+ years in water/wastewater or MEP-related roles
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with plant systems (pumps, clarifiers, etc.)
• OSHA knowledge – certifications a plus but not required
