Electrical Service Manager
JC - Tampa, FL - Full Time
Seeking an Electrical Service Manager with commercial service experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Tampa, FL.
Salary is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Trains, and manages electricians within the team, and their schedules.
- Reviews and files daily project reports to track progress.
- Completes installations and repairs as needed.
- Oversees all facility department operations related to electrical services.
- Investigates and resolves client complaints promptly.
- Leads weekly team meetings to coordinate efforts.
- Ensures the team follows electrical codes and standards.
- Collaborates with other facility department leaders and company executives.
- Develops and improves departmental policies and procedures.
- Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency.
- Determines work schedules and assignments for the team.
- Sets and tracks the departmental budget.
- Maintains equipment and tools.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical services
- 3+ years of experience running a service department.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical engineering, control systems, and MEP systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
