Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals for select high profile clients. We’re looking for someone with established sourcing and recruiting experience, impeccable customer service skills, and one who can adjust to new demands throughout the work week.
Location: Remote (must reside in the state of CA)
Pay Range: $50,000+ (based on experience), plus $2,500–$3,500 in monthly incentives
Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills
Bi-Lingual a plus
Ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
