Sheet Metal Superintendent

JC - Baltimore, MD - Full Time

Seeking a Sheet Metal Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Baltimore, MD.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!  

Salary is between $90,000 - $150,0000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for safety, maintaining the reputation for our quality of work, and the productivity of their team in the metal shop.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret drawings and specifications, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Enforce and create a safety driven culture to promote the company’s strong commitment to safety.
  • Fabricate sheet metal parts, solder, operate press brakes, CNC Punches, lasers and welders.
  • Debur/hand finishing sheet metal and machined parts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years in a commercial roofing/construction supervisory capacity.
  • Detail oriented and self-started.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report.
