Assistant Electrical Project Manager

DD - Palm Coast, FL - Full Time

Seeking an Assistant Electrical Project Manager with experience managing I.T.S, Generators, Roadway Signing, Wastewater/ Water Treatment plants, Highway Lighting, and FDOT projects for a Full-time direct hire opportunity with our client in St. Augustine, FL.  

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! 

Offers: Paid Apprenticeship and training opportunities through the 4-year Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training (FEAT) program.

Offers: Paid certifications such as Crane Certification (rigging, signaling, operating), and IMSA, MOT, Traffic Signal Tech Level I, Level II, and Level III.

Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 Based on Experience

Required experience:

  • High School Diploma/ GED Required
  • Computer Skills above Average (Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore Etc.)
  • Experienced in the submittal process.
  • Experience in permitting.
  • Experience in blueprint reading.
  • Must be able to receive deliveries and occasionally operate a forklift. Will train.
  • Have Strong Communication skills.
  • Organized Administrative Tasks
  • Good Time Management Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail is a Must
  • Order Materials, Create Purchase Orders, Track Material Lead Time & Material Delivery Dates.
  • Complete Project specific Utility Locates and Track the progress throughout the project.
  • Think clearly, remain calm and demonstrate problem-solving skills using good judgment.
  • Work Cohesively with co-workers as part of a team or independently as project needs arise.
  • Follow directions thoroughly.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Previous Project Management Assistant Role or Electrical Related work history.


Physical Demands:
Must be able to perform multiple tasks and can handle the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50lbs.
