DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Drywall Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the Charleston, SC. area.  

Salary: $85K - $100K
Schedule: M - F, 7am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage drywall projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and scope, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any challenges that may arise
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to meet project timelines and ensure proper quality control
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience with commercial drywall projects
  • Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
