DIRECT HIRE: Seeking an experienced Renovation Carpenter for a fantastic opportunity in the Conshohocken, PA. area.  This role requires for the Carpenter to perform hands-on work with cabinetry, minor plumbing and electric as needed. This role must be capable of layout & install of cabinets in a timely manner.

Salary: $25hr - $35hr
Schedule: FT, 40hrs per week (weekends, as needed)
Location: Onsite with travel

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment
  • Address and report safety violations and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, labor hours, materials, and equipment used
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports
  • Coordinate with project manager and sub-contractors to resolve on-site issues and make real-time decisions that align with project goals
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues on the job site, minimizing project delays
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; a degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
Additional Requirements
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • US Citizen
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
