DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join a growing company.

Pay Range: $21hr - $25hr

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise a landscaping crew
Read plans and perform physical tasks like mowing, trimming, planting and apply treatments
Ensure quality, safety and efficient resource management for projects
Equipment and tool management
Quality control
Client interaction

Experience:

A strong background in landscaping and groundskeeping is essential, demonstrating knowledge of techniques and practices
Minimum 3 years' Landscaping experience
Minimum 1 year Crew Leader experience

Education:

High school diploma or GED
