“Direct Hire” Position Overview
The Outside Semi-Trailer Parts Salesperson will drive new business development and manage existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling semi-trailer parts to customers such as trucking companies, repair shops, and fleet operators, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and sales growth.


Salary & Schedule

  • $750 - $950 weekly base (DOE)
  • Competitive base salary with commission earnings with an uncapped structure
  • Monthly bonus opportunities
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shifts only (no nights or weekends)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities; develop strategies to expand the customer base within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs with tailored solutions to foster repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of semi-trailer parts to advise customers on products, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordinating with internal teams to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Plan and organize your daily travel routes and appointments within your territory, prioritizing leads for optimal results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, sharing insights with management.
  • Track and document sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts; report progress to management regularly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (3 years preferred), ideally in the semi-trailer parts or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of semi-trailer parts or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Tampa, FL, prior to starting work.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
