Seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Installation Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Gorham, ME. 

Pay: $30 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
Provided: Company vehicle, HVAC tools/equipment, gas card, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain troubleshoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems
  • Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
  • Follow and comply with the rules and regulations of section 608 of the clean air act and occupational safety regulations mandated by federal, state and local governments.
  • Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by the company.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
  • Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.

Qualifications:

  • State of Maine Gas license.
  • EPA 608 Universal required
  • Commercial HVAC systems experience. 
  • Must have a clean driving record.
