Class A CDL Landoll Operator

Seeking a Class A CDL Landoll Operator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Fletcher, NC. This position will require travel up to 100% around the Carolinas.

Salary is between $70,000 - $83,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A CDL Freightliner M2 or Freightliner Cascadia (both 2024 models) as well as a 2025 Landoll and Wabash 53’ box trailers
• Load, secure, and transport heavy equipment, shipping containers, chains, conduit and construction materials.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Ability to use effectively truck GPS and ELD required.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation.
• Ability to operate mini excavators, scissor lifts, trenchers, forklifts and skid steers preferred but will train.
• Minor Tractor/Trailer Maintenance to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site personnel on our team and those of our clients.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with proven experience operating a Landoll.
• 5 years of valid CDL experience with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift and secure heavy chains, metal conduit and other construction materials.
• Must be able to read and write to complete required paperwork and safety logs.
• Strong attention to safety, reliability, and detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
