We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for a direct hire role with a builder, specializing in High-End Residential Remodeling and new Custom Homes. The location is in Montgomery County, MD.

Pay: $90k to $120k depending on experience OR let us know what you desire

Shift: Mon-Fri (7 am to 4 pm)

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:
 
  • Overseeing the entire construction process from pre-construction meetings to successful project completion
  • Oversee daily operation of construction projects
  • Establish and maintain construction schedule and budget
  • Take offs and estimates
  • Communicate project progress with managers and Clients
  • Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Clients, Subcontractors, and Architects
  • Maintain a high level of Customer satisfaction
Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:
  • 7-10 years’ experience in residential construction management in the DC Metro area preferable
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
  • Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
