Seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in North Royalton, OH.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and Vision!

Pay is between $23 - $26 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and technicians.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and schedules.
  • Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Communicate with field staff and management to ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and job tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Previous experience scheduling service calls in a plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan CRM or similar dispatching/scheduling software is a major plus.
