DIRECT HIRE: A terrific opportunity to travel and learn from experienced Construction Superintendents.  The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' in a Quality Control Manager, or related role (for example, Project Coordinator).  

Salary: $45K - $60K
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Short-term and long-term disability 
Additional: Per diem, accommodation, company vehicle allowance
Schedule/Travel: Complete 12 month - 18 month project, then travel elsewhere for next project and so on...

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collect, review, and pass complete submittals to the Architect
  • Maintain submittal log
  • Assist Superintendent with Preparatory Meeting for subcontractor
  • Assist Superintendent with Request For Information management
  • Inspect received materials and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and submittal reviews
  • Schedule and coordinate any required testing
  • Receive and review color board once finish schedules are finalized
  • Develop inspection list, schedule inspections as required by local governments and personally accompany the Inspector
  • Coordinate progress inspections with Owner
  • Conduct a complete final inspection of each completed structure prior to and with Owner, noting any and all deficiencies
  • Ensure Owner satisfaction by responding promptly to their complaints and requests
  • Complete reports and paperwork, such as Timecards, Expense Reports, Safety Meeting Reports, Weekly Progress Photos
