Seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity with our client, one of the most successful HVAC equipment manufacturer representatives in Roseville, MN and Western WI.

This position offers comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle!

Pay rate is between $40 - $60 per hour (based on experience)

Training is provided

Responsibilities for Commercial HVAC Service Technician:
  • Provide HVAC service and support during field visits
  • Work with building owners, contractors, engineers, and others to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers
  • Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning a daily travel schedule, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving problems.

Qualifications: for Commercial HVAC Service Tech:
  • HVAC technical degree or certification
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Superb customer service, communication, and self-management skills
  • Controls experience preferred
  • VRV/VRF experience preferred
