Core Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and networking.
Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
Foster relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Leverage technology and CRM tools to track, organize, and manage candidate information.
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic recruitment insights.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on skilled trades or similar industries.
Proven success in high-volume recruitment and managing diverse hiring demands across multiple locations.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, with a detail-oriented approach to candidate management.
Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
