📍 Location: San Jose, CA
💰 Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
🕒 Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (flexible to market demands; some evening and night responsibilities)
Weekly Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours with occasional extended hours

Position Overview
As the Operations Manager for the San Jose location, you will oversee daily warehouse and field operations, managing a small team of Installation Technicians and Warehouse personnel. You will be responsible for scheduling, supervising staff, ensuring installation production goals are met, coordinating with clients, and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. This is a leadership role ideal for a self-starter with project management or construction-type experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the San Jose advertising installation shop.
Supervise and mentor up to 5 staff members (Installation Technicians and Warehouse personnel).
Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
Communicate professionally with executive staff, clients, and internal teams.
Plan and manage the use of materials, equipment, and resources.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist with installations and production work as needed.
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
Be flexible with work hours, including evenings and nights as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
3+ years of management or leadership experience in warehouse, field operations, or production.
2+ years of field experience in installation, construction, trades, maintenance, or related industries.
Project management or construction background preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, task completion, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
“Out of Home” industry experience is a strong plus.

Physical Requirements
