Are you a seasoned Industrial outside sales professional seeking a new opportunity to drive success? Our client, a leading industrial supply organization in the Bay Area, is currently seeking an Industrial Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

Total compensation for this roles is $100k - $120k+!  Additionally this position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!

In this role, you will develop and manage customer relationships, grow sales territory, and deliver solutions for Bearing & Power Transmission products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve customer issues.
  • Grow and maintain both new and existing accounts within the assigned sales territory.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in Bearing & Power Transmission (BPT) for the product line represented.
  • Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory.
  • Solve customer problems using the products represented.
  • Understand and align with customer vision and supply chain initiatives to provide proactive solutions.
  • Establish and expand relationships with decision-makers within each customer organization.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals, objectives, and deliver new products and cost savings, including routine cost savings reports with customer agreements where possible.
  • Maintain strong process discipline and provide monthly reports for each key account, highlighting any changes, service issues, competition challenges, and customer projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience selling industrial supplies, specifically Bearing & Power Transmission.
  • Customer-service-oriented mentality.
  • Computer literate, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in generating proposals and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business.
  • Acceptable driving record as per company guidelines.
